It’s such a clean and convenient property. The staff is super nice and the check-in was so easy. The area is full of really great restaurants and it’s super safe. A couple of salsa dancing options also.

Nice little hotel in Bellavista, easy walking distance to the main attractions of the area. Rooms are small, but have all the essentials. Dining area and the patio are great - staff very friendly and helpful.

Very small rooms but cute hotel with ac and windows that open! We lost power for a while which was a challenge for me re work. Great outdoor spaces to hang. Highly recommend this cute place

Great staff

Nice place, great friendly service, especially the kitchen stay. They won't let your coffee cup stay empty lone. Good breakfast and air conditioning. Great location.

I chose this hotel for its location, price and high ratings, and I see now why it's so popular. The hotel itself is fairly modest: not many rooms, and most are small. But the location can't be beat, and the breakfast is outstanding, as the kitchen staff go out of their way to make sure your day gets started right. I also was given access to my room a full 7 hours before check-in, as I was tired after an overnight flight, and that kind of cordiality makes a huge difference.

The Bellavista hotel was a reasonable place to stay for one night between my flights within Chile. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly, even though barely spoke any English. The lack of English is typical for Chile though so Bellavista is no exception. There are plenty of dining options within a walking distance from the hotel. None of them is across the street though. Perhaps, 5-6 minutes walk. San Christobal hill is also very close and convenient. The property, however, is not well maintained and cleaned. My room had spider webs hanging from the ceiling and an empty coke bottle in the top drawer shelf. Most crucially, my room was facing kitchen and I had no break from my long international flight. There was a constant dishes’ noise all morning long.

Great bed and breakfast

Great king size bed, fantastic breakfast, nice courtyard where you can relax, great location, safe quiet and at the same time near bars, zoo, Neruda, mountain and great restaurants. Staff is so sweet and helpful we stayed there twice and will return when in Santiago!

This property is a little gem, walking distance to major attractions (La Chascona, Parque Forestall, etc), cafes, and restaurants but in a quieter part of town. Rooms and bathrooms are small but common areas (two terraced) are lovely and breakfast in the morning is generous and made to order. Highly recommended!

Pior quarto que já ficamos.

Não se engane, as fotos das áreas comuns dão a impressão de que a estadia será ótima, mas não será. O quarto é tão pequeno que mal se consegue transitar dentro dele. Dentro do quarto só tem literalmente a cama, uma cadeira e uma mesinha lateral, e nada mais. Não se tem onde apoiar nada, nem onde colocar as malas. E ainda assim não é possível se movimentar normalmente dentro dele. Não existe tratamento acústico nos quartos, então todo e qualquer barulho reverbera dentro do seu quarto como se fosse do seu lado (a movimentação dos outros hóspedes, os cachorros latindo na rua e tudo mais). A tv funcionava mal e porcamente com os canais todos chuviscados. As toalhas muito ásperas, e como se tudo isso não fosse bastante, o dreno do ar condicionado do quarto de cima pingava na máquina do ar condicionado do meu quarto (e como não há nenhum tratamento acústico), o que fazia uma barulho de pinga pinga sobre metal a noite toda. Quando reclamamos, simplesmente colocaram uma toalha sobre a máquina do ar condicionado, que melhorou mas não resolveu, demonstrando que o problema existe faz tempo e nunca foi resolvido. Como pontos fortes posso citar o atendimento, pois todos são muito solícitos e a localização, que é realmente fantástica, mas não são suficientes para fazer esquecer os problemas.

Casa Bellavista est un petit bed and breakfast charmant et très agréable. Malgré que notre chambre à deux lits jumeaux était petite (il était difficile d’ouvrir la valise dans le peu d’espace), elle était très propre et lumineuse. Le déjeuner est définitivement le meilleur élément, Maria et Lulu sont des plus attentionnées au service et à la cuisine, nous confectionnant des assiettes personnalisées tous les matins, en plus du jus, yogourt et café offert dès notre arrivée dans la salle à manger. L’hôtel possède une magnifique terrasse, dommage que nous n’ayons pas pu y passer plus de temps! L’hôtel est également très bien situé dans Providencia, à proximité des quartiers touristiques.

Fui com minha esposa e passamos uma noite no hotel. As atendentes foram excelentes e atenciosas. O hotel oferece água a vontade. A cama era confortável e o chuveiro bom. O quarto meio pequeno e não tem frigobar. Ponto negativo para nós foi o barulho. A acústica é ruim, acordamos várias vezes com hóspedes de outros quartos entrando ou saindo a noite/madrugada (e eles nem tavam falando alto). Como os quartos são virados para o terrazzo, quando tem alguém lá faz barulho também. Outro ponto que decepcionou foi o café. Havia lido boas avaliações aqui. Mas não ofertaram opções inclusivas para quem tem sensibilidade ao glúten, e não foi farto e saboroso, infelizmente. Caso você seja uma pessoa com deficiência ou mobilidade reduzida deve considerar que as portas são pequenas, assim como os quartos (não sei se tem algum com adaptações). E o local de tomar café é acessado por um lance de escadas.

Boa experiência

O hotel está muito próximo do Cerro San Cristobal, La Chascona e do Pátio Bella Vista, para chegar no próximo leva- se uns 10 minutos, mas é bemtranquilo, o hotel é pequeno, mas acolhedor, tem um jardim lindo. Meu quarto era bem pequeno e ficava próximo do jardim e do espaço para café, por não ter uma acústica boa, ouvi bastante barulho e a janela dava para o jardim. A noite as luzes ficavam acesas e a persiana ficava com frestas, assim como na porta e precisei colocar o tapetinho do banheiro para não entrar a luminosidade, já da janela não tive o que fazer, isso pode incomodar quem gosta de dormir no escuro. O café é simples, onde você escolhe o que vai querer e eles servem, caso queira repetir, basta solicitar. Tanto na recepção, como o pessoal da cozinha são muito gentis.
