Your high-end, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo includes 1 king bed and 2 double beds.  The mattresses and linens are selected for your comfort facilitating a good night's sleep.  Your rental also includes a fully-equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils and a separate laundry room.

For connectivity, high-speed wireless internet has been installed throughout the unit.  Plus all the TVs are smart TVs so you can watch many of your favorite programs.

Just off the living room and master bedroom sits a large patio with lovely ocean breezes.  Fortunately the unit abuts a mangrove, allowing you to watch colorful birds in the nearby trees.  Additionally the ocean breezes pass seamlessly through your terrace offering a cool sea breeze to wake your senses.

In terms of location, you are a short 2 minute stroll to Mamitas Beach, one of the most popular beach clubs in Playa del Carmen.  A myriad of shopping and dining options are also situated only a 2 minute walk away on 5th Avenue. - For all the rentals we require security deposit.
- Vacation Rent: $500 USD Security Deposit.
- Rentals Long Term: Plus Utilities + $1,000 USD Security deposit.

- Important: During the month of June, the complex's pool will be closed due to maintenance work. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during this period. Likewise, its normal operation will return from the month of July. Thanks for your understanding.
