The Space:
The unit has a master bedroom with a comfortable King size bed, attached master bathroom with shower, black out curtains, private balcony, closet storage, A/C, ceiling fan, Smart TV with Netflix. The second bedroom can be set up as 2 single beds or 1 King size bed, it has blackout curtains, A/C, ceiling fan and smart TV. The living room has an open space plan with the fully equipped kitchen and an amazing balcony with street view.

Guest Access:
As our guest you will have access to the entire townhouse as well as the building's common areas amenities.

The Neighborhood:
The condominium is located less than 100 meters from the beach and the well-known Mamita's beach club and 150 meters from the famous 5th Avenue. Sensational location in the heart of Playa del Carmen, with quick access to restaurants, clubs and the different points of interest of the city.

Getting Around:
Due to the property's central location, you will be able to move to almost any point of interest walking or by bike, however, if you want, you can request a taxi at the reception of the building or rent a vehicle that you can park in our assigned lot.

Other Things to Note:
In order to keep our prices low, we don't include electric in longterm reservations (28 days or more). For security and compliance with local regulations, a valid photo ID will be required from the primary guest at the time of pre-registration for the property visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

The host canceled our reservation when we were 30 minutes from arrival - and only after I contacted him. He claimed there were electrical issues. Our airport shuttle dropped us off at the property anyway since we didn't have anywhere else to go. The front desk did now know our host and was not aware of any condos having electrical issues. Our host did not help find alternative lodging.
