The best resort I have stayed at. Could not fault this resort. Would highly recommend it to anybody.

Had an amazing stay here at Secrets, we stayed 2 nights and everything was perfect! The resort is so beautiful and well maintained, the room was spacious and very clean, the staff were all very professional and friendly. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, food was excellent. Our stay was very relaxing and peaceful which is what we were wanting. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing property with incredible service

This is a fantastic resort. Great facilities, location, staff and food/drinks. Would definately stay here again.

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Michelle and her husband were wonderful. Our room was very spacious and the hotel’s hand carved stone entrance and aesthetics are divine. Their tip on where to park made check in very easy. Breakfast was great value and served in the pretty garden at the rear of the property. The hotel is right on Avenida Cinco but Michelle gave us a local Mexican restaurant to try away from the tourist strip and it was excellent.

Great value. Clean, well maintained, good pool, good service. Best value for money in playa del Carmen.

Loved our stay at the Hilton Hotel Playa Del Carmen. The hotel has everything you could want in an all inclusive stay. I would say the food was a huge plus, all restaurants were great and the food was very fresh and tasty. We ate at Asiana 3/4 nights we were there it was that good! Our room was very spacious, equipped with all the amenities you could ask for.

The sheets were really conducive to a great sleep! Rooms were spacious and excellence housekeeping. We had a look at breakfast and nothing was that worthy of eating. The location means you're forced to take taxis and the taxis will play their usual fee jacking up game. For reference, you can get a taxi from the street to Xplor for 100 mxn but you'll be left on the opp side of the street. In the hotel, it's at least 200. There's nothing around the hotel and you are limited to buying basics...

A few friends and I stayed here during the BPM festival 2015 for 12 nights. It was excellent value for money, prime location right near the beach and 5th Ave yet tucked away and quiet from the hustle and bustle of Playa, friendly staff, clean and well maintained inside and out. My only issue was lack of wifi in the room and we had to sit out in the garden every time we had to use the internet but that's just being a spoilt brat. There was construction work that was happening nearby but despite...
