Main street steps away as well, and both directions you walk, have plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocery store, tourism guide, pharmacy, banks, atm, etc. You get a real feel for the daily lives, and people, in Cancun. Also, plenty of parking spots available, if you rent, or own a vehicle. The only downside is, the city park can habe loud music, past midnight. I usually have a hard time fallen a sleep to the slightest noise. But when you are on vacation, it's less stressful. "
