"Great staff. Gym is good, so is breakfast. Providencia is a middle class neighborhood in Santiago. Not as vibrant as others, but safe and great food and easy access to the metro which takes you everywhere."
"Clean and comfortable for airport hotel. One of the most comfortable beds I've had in last month traveling. Room was big, refrigerator and coffee machine. Breakfast lovely and all staff very helpful. The Pisco Sours made by bar staff were great."

Very friendly helpful staff who could speak some English which was helpful. 10 minutes walk to the lovely skytower which has amazing views over stunning Santiago. I organised an airport transfer with the hotel a few days before my arrival, and they were punctual and waiting for me with my name on a sign. Would definitely stay here again.
