"The room was absolutely spotless, had everything you needed ie mini fridge, plenty of shelving, dining room table and lounge suite. The room was also really well laid out - the spa bath is in the main room with the bedroom but there is a separate bathroom which contains the toilet and shower allowing privacy. In a great location - not in the centre of Phillip Island so can avoid the traffic when it builds up but still in walking distance from lots of places to eat. The staff were very friendly and the spa bath was such a luxury. "

"We had a ground room with no kitchen or balcony. It was a bit noisy with people outside an stomping on the floor above. Bed was comfortable. 👍 Ps it would have been nice to have hot chocolate as an option for a hot drink but there was only tea and instant coffee."

"DELUXE room paid for not allocated. Staff lied about the villa we were allocated, apparently deluxe villas are only available if club Wyndham members haven’t taken up them up. Customers not told the truth about at time of booking. Deceitful practice!!"
