"Highly unprofessional. They kept asking for my card details even though I’d paid in full (thankfully I refused). After checkout, I got an email saying I’d been charged $400 for someone else’s reservation! Shockingly careless and negligent. Glad I didn’t share my details; I’ll be watching my bank statements and disputing any unauthorized charges in case they somehow got a hold of my card, though I highly doubt it. Do not recommend this place at all. "

"Lounges very low and difficult to get out of. No TV in the back room where the view is. (TV in the lounge is magnificent). Lots of lights had globes out. The advertised ducted air conditioning was actually just one split system in the back room. Access to the indoor pool is via outside stairs with no handrail for the bottom few stairs which is a problem for young kids or elderly with balance issues. Overall the place felt a bit tired. The pool was freezing cold - we were there at the end of January. Since the pool was the main reason for booking this property, it was very disappointing and unusable. Instructions for using the coded lock needs to specify that you need to put your hand over the pad to activate the keypad (panic call to the managing agent). "

"Such a lovely property with beautiful views of the surrounding farms. Our family enjoyed a morning swim every day and our two young kids loved the outdoor space to ride their bikes and play cricket. There is plenty to do at the house, with a trampoline outside and board games available inside. We stayed for a week and spent most of our time at the home, enjoying all it has to offer. The neighbours were friendly and we had plenty of animals visiting including a lovely little Kelpie from down the road and the cows grazing in the paddock next door. Everyone had a wonderful time and the kids are already asking when we can go back. Darren was a wonderful host who went out of his way to make sure we had arrived and settled in well to the house. He was very responsive and assisted us with a last minute booking when our other accommodation fell through. "
