"I didn't stay ! After arriving and having the owner yelling at me and then yelling at Hotels.com rep. And feeling very unsafe, threatened, scared and locked in!! I left in absolute Tears. Even a man sitting on the bench out front says the owner is horriblen yelling all the time. Don't go here unless you're ready to battle.!!"
"The room was excellent. The entrance and sign (telling you that the reception is on the higher floor) should be improved for a smoother navigation in a very busy street. Salvatore and his brother, the host, were extremely kind and helpful. Ask them for good restaurants. Highly recommended. FYI, Please stay vigilant while walking in Naples city centre. "Amazing hotel, location is perfect to be slightly away from the busy hustle and bustle of the centre but within 15 minutes walk of all the sites. Roof top bar is great and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk away. The rooms are spacious and very clean and breakfast is excellent and staff are great too, really can’t fault it "
