The only complaint is that it is not close to the old town of Naples, and you have to walk through some seedy, not-so-nice parts of town to reach the tourist attractions and the city center. "The owner is wonderful. Drove us to the airport to drop off the car, took us to a restaurant and picked us up later. The room was nice and had a spacious bathroom. The only reason I took off a start is because the room smelled terribly like cigarette smoke (Italians like to smoke). The staff offered air freshening spray, but it didn't help much. There were no other rooms available to switch to. "

"Very shabby surroundings. The hotel is in a gated compound with good reason. As soon as you step outside the gate you are in another world of sketchy people and overflowing garbage. Nice hotel - poor location."
