"Usually hotels near train stations are awful, but UNA was top notch. Many new facilities one does not see in USA were routinely integrated into the room. "I stay with short but lovely.. Angela the reception manager checked us in and she was amazing. There was a taxi strike in the morning so the hotel arranged a private car for us and we were before the breakfast hours so Angel also arranged box breakfasts for us which were fantastic.
