"I’ve stayed about 15 times Lionel is always terrific great staff clean hotel great rooms comfy beds excellent showers brilliant location to metro it’s hands down my favourite hotel in Istanbul hence why I always return"

"When we were in the breakfast room, the milk was cold, one of the workers inside the kitchen with the white chef's hat accidently noticed later he personally brought us hot milk. It was so nice"

"Very clean and hospitable"

"Room was clean and quiet. Only stayed one night. Near public transportation and 30 min from the airport."

"Clean room and staff was so good"

"Breakfast can be improved with more varieties and food choices"

"Staff were helpful. Hotel was close to easy transport access"

"The showers flood to the whole bathroom after a few minutes. I thought this issue was just with my room, but I stayed with other 4 colleagues, each of us on our own room, and all showers had the same issue. Also air-conditioner is not working and after asking the staff they mentioned they only turn the master system on the hotter days. Had pretty bad nights in a very hot room."

"Nice breakfast Clean and spacious rooms Kind staff"
