The property was very nice and staff was really helpful. I had an incident with a portable carbon monoxide that went off in the middle of the night. The security guard and front desk agent came right away and figured it out I had faulty batteries on my device. They reassured me CO levels were not present and explained how is monitored. Marangeli, Stephanie and others at Trova restaurant were very polite and pleasant. Now. I have to say the bathrooms on room 17 and 19 needs upgrading. Tubs are dangerous and outdated. I have been several times and this place is excellent. The facilités are clean, staff are excellent and go above and beyond to try and help..I've only ever had one issue. But I do recommend this place for anyone with kids. There is always something to do. So I will be coming back and bring more of my family I've recommended this place to people. I still do recommend this , they should make the points (Hilton points) count for this resort

The day passes for the pool detract from the overall experience. People who pay for day passes bring their own drinks to the pool, while those of us who pay a high price for our hotel stay have to pay exorbitant prices for drinks there. Day pass holders get discounts, while those who pay for a room receive none. Those who pay for day passes talk loudly and use obscene language at the pool, jumping around and causing a scene. It makes you feel unsafe and disrupts your peace and quiet.
