"We arrived at 11:30 am from a cruise. I requested early check in when I booked the room. It didn't matter, we had to wait until 4 p.m. to get our room. The room was very nice. Went to take a shower at 8:30 p.m. and the water was lukewarm. My cousin took a shower the following morning at 5 a.m. and the water was lukewarm. I requested a taxi for the airport the next morning at 5:30. The taxi was late."
"No tea/coffee, shower was luke warm, TV volume was barely audible, texted the property manager about wi-fi, Crystal the property manager did not respond, The worst part was the outside noise during my 2 night stay- unbearable, so hardly slept, there were no curtains/drapes in my room. "Elevator did not work one day. Had to walk the stairs to the third floor. Our TV was not working right. Had to have maintenance come in on the second day to reboot. Battery in room safe failed.
