"One of the best accomodation that I ever rented. The space is big enough for up to 2-3 people, with 2 separate twin beds and 1 couch, complete with all the instructions on everything (lamps, toilets, kitchen, lights, arrival and departure checklists). Kitchen utensils and flat amenities are complete. There's also microwave, fridge and washing machine.
If there's few things I can add, might be a good addition to have room heater, kitchen basic ingredients (cooking oil, salt and pepper), and also shampoo. Soap is provided though.
But overall, this flat is amazing and I absolutely recommend this flat to anyone. 10 out of 10 from me."
"Property was near where i had to be. Room was under furnished. No table/desk or small cupboard to pack clothes. Sink was coming detached from wall.
Amenities was very basic.
Paid a extra $50 deposit when checking in, which was not refunded.
Made a full payment of $548 when I booked room. For the amount paid I could have booked a hotel room with much more amenities.
