"Kitchen area was clean. House is a little run down. Mattresses and old Tyers in backyard this place is not suited to people with small kids. Very Dark inside, Windows could not be open at all, no escape in a fire situation. Back yard not looked after at all. I know they are in drought but you can still clean up. "

All things I value when trying to find accommodation away from home.The apartment is located at the back of the main house/block, so don’t think you’ve rocked up at the wrong place :) Would definitely stay again and appreciate Sarah’s quick responses and thorough information on check in. "Description stated wheelchair access but we were on the second floor, we had a friend that struggled because she is going through cancer treatment. Description said 2 bathroooms but there was only 1. Kitchen utensils were dirty, no teaspoons, a tablespoon had burn marks on the back. Kettle was absolutely disgusting and dirty, pots missing handles. 2 single Beds had one fitted sheet and a thin throw blanket in winter, no extra bedding, aircon/heater worked great. Towels were extremely rough and hard, shower curtin was extremely mouldy. Toilet was not fixed to the ground and moved when you sat down. Lamp had no bulb. Apartment was ok but no for price."
