This place is amazing, apart from the & pools, the staff are all friendly and service is great awesome how you can walk straight from the hotel onto the beach

The property stunk of sewerage. The curtains are not block out curtains - they did not reach the floor. The rooms are not sound proof. You can hear everyone talking from the next door rooms and from the corridor. Bed sheets were stained and dirty. I requested and confirmed two single beds but got a king. There is a kids club but I felt it wasn't clean. Restaurant food was not of a good quality. Buffet breakfast was average at best. Kids meals were not fresh. Pools were extremely hot from the sun. No shading.
