Une belle découverte

Très bonne situation, personnel de la réception adorable, surtout "Pang" qui à été aux petits soins pour nous durant tout le séjour. Petit bémol, au niveau du ménage il est fait sommairement, une tache de soda sur la table qui n'a jamais été nettoyée en 3 semaines. Piscine agréable

L’hotel è fortunatamente ben posizionato con tutti i servizi necessari e a portata di mano. La stanza è giornalmente sistemata anche se abbiamo notato una scarsa pulizia del pavimento. Purtroppo è molto vicino alla movida notturna e si sente molto chiasso fino a tarda notte. Molto spesso, in reception, si sente odore di fogna.

Good value hotel, good staff.

Hotel in great location, close to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was good, tidy and practical. Rooftop pool was ok, could use a little work, but it served its purpose.

Toilet jammed

Room was Ok, view and smell on the balcony was not. Shower drain was not working and resection just said that we must first open some kind of valve... well would be first time for me when drain is having a valve. In the morning also toilet was then jammed and result for the cleaner was not pretty view when we left.

Bra och prisvärt hotell.

Trevlig engelskspråkig personal som var hjälpsam. Hotellet ligger en bit från stranden och det var skönt då det inte ligger mitt i värsta partylivet. I stort sätt helt okay och prisvärt hotell.

Helt greit hotell 100 meter unna Bangla road,allikevel ikke for mye støy på rommet.hyggelig og serviceinnstilt betjening.fungerende basseng på taket ,men ikke noe mer enn det.anbefaler heller stranda.bra aircon ,balkong på alle rom og renngjøring hver dag.billig og sentralt,anbefales ikke om du bruker hotellet altfor mye på tur🙂

This property has really gone down hill. I have been staying here for three years now and the standards have gradually been declining. Yes the location is good, yes the rates are aimed at the budget conscious BUT............ 1. Reviews have mentioned the staff.......most look unhappy in their work particularly the receptionist staff. They don’t seem to understand that we are their customers everything was so much of a problem. Their attitudes are not that of persons working in customer service. 2. It took me 25 minutes to convince them my air con was not working correctly. It eventually took two reminders to convince them to call out an engineer. 3. The pool was disgusting. The filtration system was clearly not functioning and the water was like a cloudy milky colour. Oh and they failed to communicate that the pool was closed on Songkran. Not a problem but please communicate this so other arrangements could have been made. 4. The drains in the shower never clear away the water sufficiently. I had to remove the drain cover every time.....a design fault I know but still. If you can suffer the poor staff attitude and the decline in basic hotel functions, then this property would be sufficient for the budget conscious traveller, but l will now be looking at other hotels in the future.

場所も比較的中心地にあったのでビーチにもショッピングモールにもナイトマーケットにも歩いて行けました。スタッフの方もとても親切でした。部屋にティッシュがなかったのが困ったことくらいです。
