Great for kids

Nice location. The unit is a bit smaller in size that we expect especially the bathroom and stand shower area. The have a kids park within the villa which is great for kids

Great place in Rawai

This was a great place to stay. Our family of four adults and two children got a lot of use out of the pool, the accommodation was clean and the location was great close to lots of restaurants and the ocean. My only disappointment was the kids park which is aimed primarily at 3 to 5 year olds. I thought there was mention of a trampoline park, but there wasn’t one. Also, the big pool didn’t seem to be open.

한국인 후기가 많지 않아 걱정이 되기도 했는데, 혹시나 하는 일은 전혀 발생하지 않았어요. 영어로 소통하는데 문제 없었고, 룸 컨디션도 괜찮았어요. LG 통돌이 세탁기(건조 가능)를 유용하게 사용했고, 풀빌라마다 자전거도 비치돼 있어요. 생수(물 맛 좋음)와 타올, 어메니티 등이 제공되고, 룸 청소는 문앞에 표시해두면, 매일 오전마다 청소합니다. 아침식사는 뷔페식이고, 그럭저럭 먹을만 합니다. 바로 앞 골목 삼거리에 편의점이 있고, 그 인근에는 빅씨마트가 있어 편해요. 룸서비스를 주문해 보지 않았으나, 가격이 저렴한 편입니다. 그리고 도보 가능한 인근에 이태리, 스위스, 영국, 러시아 등등 각 나라별 전문식당과 라와이 수산시장이 있어요. 슈페리어 2베드룸을 예약했다가, 3베드룸으로 업그레이드됐는데, 방 들이 연결돼 있지 않은 점이 아쉽고, 일부 공사 소음이 들립니다. 평상시는 조용해서 가족들과 휴가를 즐기기에 좋았습니다. 키즈파크는 5세 미만 아이가 사용하기 좋고, 간혹 풀빌라를 다니는 고양이가 마당에서 낮잠을 즐기기도 하니, 너무 놀라지 마세요. 여기도 마찬가지로 러시아 계열이나 중국인들이 대부분이었어요. 푸켓에서 풀빌라는 신혼여행 이후 두 번째인데 가격대비 개인 수영장 사이즈 등 가성비가 좋아 다음에 기회된다면, 또 가고 싶어요.

the service from the cafe was disappointing and it operating separately from the villa. alot of time when i call reception for certain things, we are ask to refer to the cafe, but when i call cafe, we are asked to call reception. Payment option have to clear upfront if charge through room cant exceed the deposit paid. its disappointing to be chasing for bill on the 2nd day. However the staffs are very helpful to do whatever within their means. I hope the management can get it more organise between operation of the cafe and villa for customers to enjoy their stay at the villa. Not recommended to come back again until they improve on that

Property is excellent, good facilities and comfortable bed. Could possibly do with good maintenance and shower drain water is blocked / slow moving and broken toilet seat. Staff are friendly and polite but on the day there was no power in the resort, we were offered only 1 alternative i.e. transport to the nearest beach which we didn't intend to go. Children play area is nearby but limited. Cleaning only once during the 2 weeks of our stay. Overall great place to stay with children, great pool and facilities but could be improved.

お部屋は とても快適で家族３人で過ごすには 広いお部屋でした。お部屋の中も とても綺麗で プールつきのお部屋ほ いつでも入れる環境で 家族で楽しむことができました！ 自転車も 用意されており ラワイ周辺を 散策して 近くに美味しいレストランがあったので 食べに行きました！ スタッフの方も いつも笑顔で 優しい方でした。

Excellent for families with small kids

The villa we stayed in was clean and in good condition. Pool was decent size. Big enough for me, my wife and 1year old daughter. There’s a small kids park in the complex, it will definitely keep young kids entertained. There’s a restaurant there which serves tasty food although the portions are on the small side. But you can easily walk to many restaurants not far away. There’s a few mini marts as well. The staff were very friendly. We would definitely come back and would recommend Rawai VIP villas.

BEST Family Villa ever

Staff are friendly and helpful. Villa is clean and fresh. Kitchen is well equipped. Market, super-mart, 7 eleven are all within 10 minutes walk. Would definitely come again with even more friends and family.

Awesome Villa but I Guess Little Expensive

Everything (Room, Private Pool, Resort Location, etc) was very very good except for the kid play park! While I booked this place for the play park (indoor and outdoor playground + kid water park), I didn't spend much time at the play park because the play park was not that good. (1) Indoor Playground: While it was very specious, not many fun things to play with. (2) Outdoor Playground: Many things to play with, but too easy for older kids. There should be things for younger ones and things for older kids. (3) Water Park: Similar to the indoor playground, while it was specious, not many things to play with. Note that people who do not stay in this resort can pay and play at the play park so may consider getting a cheaper room somewhere near and pay to spend a day at the play park.

They were awesome! Definitely would go back...

The staff was amazing here, and the villa was also amazing! I would definitely stay here again. I didn't have the breakfast buffet they offer, so I cannot comment on that. Not right on the beach, but only a 3 minute walk away. Quiet location. We left a new Christmas present toy after check out and the staff was wonderful in getting it back to us! Kitchen and bedrooms were clean and had everything we needed!

Very nice:)

Recommended for family with small kids. The reception fixes any trouble immediately, if you have any. Relax able, good seafood restaurant, good massage spa around. Rawai itself is quiet and friendly place.

Nice and quiet place

The villa is new with full equipped kitchen. The four bedroom villa is enough space for kids and adults. There are three bicycle provide for us. Just few minutes to shops you need. Very near seafood market. Lots of centipede, mosquito and even frog. Drive only 10 minutes to Promthep Cape.

乾淨整潔

酒店各樣都不錯，但露台地板太滑了，不應用這種地磚，water park水淺滑梯底下應該放軟墊，否則滑下來是容易受傷，房間水壓很弱，早餐部份食物保存因要冷藏，大致這幾樣雖改善，其他都很好的，價錢亦優惠，很適合有小朋友家庭

I did not spent too much time at the villa. It was only for sleeping at night. It was ok, nothing fancy and we had to wait to check in as no one was there. Location was not that great, far from the main beaches.overall was a ok stay nothing special.
