"Was not informed that to have your room cleaned it had to be done before 11am for the following day. Sheet was torn and not replaced when requested. "

"Although the staff worked hard to get our rooms ready at the published check-in time of 3pm, we had to wait due to their being understaffed. The property is not well kept, and the photos in their listing are not representative of the property itself. I do not recommend staying here."

"They could only find a reservation for 1 room. My friend paid for the 2nd room we needed and I spoke with the front desk to ge sure I would not be charged for 2 rooms. I thought everything was taken care of but I have now been charged for 2 rooms and the hotel cannot seem to find any reservation for me. This has been a nightmare"

"The condo was immaculate, the unit layout was great, the furniture upholstery was pristine, and while the property was awkwardly configured requiring a lot of walking, I actually appreciated that. If you don’t, bring some single bills for frequent golf cart ferries or work for a lower room number (100s are closer to the lobby, parking is rare by the 500s and non-existent beyond that through the 800s I believe). Apart from that quirk I think it’s my new go-to for visiting the area with family, large groups, and especially golfers. I especially appreciated walking through the grounds smelling orange blossoms and dodging so many oranges! The outdoor F&B outlets seem to be concession style only (awesome sandwiches and salads for lunch) even if the seating and setting are a solid 4 stars. Watch out for errant golf balls while dining al fresco - skill is not required for play!"
