KITCHEN ACCESSORIES: Dishware/flatware, cookware, glasse, coffee mugs, Keurig Coffee/Tea Maker, skillets, salt/pepper/spices, blender, toaster, refrigerator equipped with ice maker/water dispenser, other appliances, etc.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Featuring washer and dryer and ironing board with iron. Washer pods and dryer sheets provided.

ACCESSORIES: We have luxurious bedding throughout the house, extra pillows, WI-FI, hairdryers in bathroom and electronic key pad code door lock so everybody can come and go as needed without a key.

Home is professionally cleaned before every stay, comes with clean linens, towels, soaps and everything else you will need for a comfortable stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to entire house including two car garage. Extra large private back yard fully enclosed . Pool is situated right outside the patio. This cozy house is perfect for entertaining.

The Neighborhood:
Play a few holes at the nearby Casino Golf Courses, go hiking in the surrounding mountains, and hit the shops at Old Town Scottsdale, Desert Ridge, and Scottsdale Fashion Square mall. Both downtown and the airport are a short drive away.

Getting Around:
Uber, lift will take you the short distances to restaurants shopping and night life spots. Need more information on other modes of transportation, ask us.

★Surveillance or recording devises on property, Security camera on front of home facing entrance and street only
