"This hotel was very disappointing. There was a bar advertised in the lobby, which was not there. Only 1 of my room keys worked, and by the second night the 1 working key stopped working correctly. I had to swipe it probably 30 times each time to get in my room. The shower would not drain, and the tub faucet and shower head would go off at the same time. I called the front desk, they sent maintenance, and it looked like all he did was break the drain. Shower still didn’t drain and the faucet was still going off with the shower head. Any time the AC would turn on, an extremely potent, musty smell would fill the room and induce a headache. The bathroom smelt like urine. There were stains on everything (lamp shades, curtains, pillow cases). I ended up leaving a day early. "

"This place is good to stay if you have a flight and need.a quick stay. Very clean place. The beds were ok, didnt really have a comforter just like a thin sheet. Breakfast is limited, I wouldn't consider it continental."

"Underwhelmed. Pictures on web nicer than actual. Smelling cigarettes from employee areas permeated entrance. Horrible service for dinner-ended up leaving site to go out to eat for lack of service. Rooms clean but old. Not inviting place to stay beds needed replacing. Not worth money spent."

"Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the water park. Restaurants were good. (We ate at the Lobby Grille & the Mexican one). Room was well kept. We just didn't like the sink being in the bedroom area instead of in the bathroom, but it worked out fine since it was not our whole family. It was just my daughter & me. (We were in the Sedona buildings.) My daughter enjoyed the golf cart rides & we walked around the property a bit too. Did not see or experience everything in the 3 nights we stayed. I think we would come back, but I forget if they have 2 bedroom units. We would need that if it was our whole family. "

"We had a really nice time at the resort. Loved the rooms with a patio just outside the pool. Worth a bit more money and a great place to start and end the day. "

"The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. Our room was pretty run down and the carpet was stained and needs a good shampooing. The room has so much potential but needs to be renovated. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and clean and the WiFi was great! Loved the smart tv with apps to watch a variety of shows while relaxing at night. The service at the adult pool was wonderful and the food was very good and fresh. Front desk staff was friendly. Would love to come back if renovated someday :) "
