The first floor features the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, flat screen SMART TV, and an ensuite primary bathroom with a dual vanity and luxurious stand-in shower with rainfall shower heads. The 2nd and 6th bedrooms are also on the first floor, making it an ideal stay for anyone who is not very mobile with stairs. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full-size beds and a flat-screen SMART TV. As you make your way up to the 2nd floor, you'll find a loft area offering a 2nd living room with designer furnishings and a flat-screen TV. There is also a backyard balcony accessible from the loft, offering beautiful views of Camelback Mountain. The 3rd bedroom, the second primary, features a king bed and trundle bed offering 2 additional twin-size beds with a flat-screen SMART TV and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and stand-in shower. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed with a flat-screen SMART TV, and the 5th bedroom features 2 full beds and a SMART TV. The 6th bedroom on the 1st floor has 4 queen size beds, bunk style, serving as a game room with foosball, ping pong, and a game table for board games or cards. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located off the 6th bedroom. the real highlight of this home is the backyard oasis! You'll love spending time by the sparkling blue heated pool and spa, relaxing on the sun loungers or under the covered cabana. Pool heat is typically requested between Oct - Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. For this particular home pool and spa heat is $125/night and only available for the full duration of your stay. Pool heat only will be $100/night and Spa heat only is $75/night. We require 5 days' notice from check-in if wanting to add this amenity to your stay.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
- Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Mountain Standard Time.
- If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house. Please make an inquiry, and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.
- All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- Guest agrees to provide identity & credit card authentication to Guest Ranger operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate name, address, phone number, credit card, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- Maximum of two pets under 35lbs each, $100 per pet fee required.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's own risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
- City of Scottsdale requires no more than 6 non-related adults per home not including children.
