"Outside was covered in trash. The lights and landscaping were not maintained at all. They only gave me one towel and one wash cloth. The sheets were stained, the doors were stained and repaired badly. The tub had a huge black stain in it. Cigarette burns everywhere. Drug activity all night long."

"Business traveler, the room was great and clean the staff,friendly and helpful. Parking was good. No problems at all I was able to get my business taken care of and rest at the same time. The only thing that caught me off guard was the $50 deposit I had to put down on top of what I’ve already paid but they told me it’s refundable other than that. I had a great stay. "

"I had to leave after staying one night. The halls were permeated with the strong smell of tobacco and marijuana smoke. I woke up congested and with my face swollen because I am allergic to both. Even though my room was supposedly a non-smoking room, there were enough "smoking" rooms around me that it didn't make a difference. The mirror was dirty, and so was the floor of the bathroom. The front desk person I interacted with was pleasant enough, but I can't expect them to be responsible for all the issues I had. I was thankfully able to change my reservation."

"I was in the Phoenix area for a week long work training. I switched over to Drury after having a dreadful experience at a different hotel, and it was a stark difference. I was checked-in by a very friendly desk attendant (male, with glasses and spikey hair. He forgot his hearing aids that day), who gave me a parking tip that guaranteed that I had a spot next to an entrance every single day, no matter what time I got back. I didn't make it to happy hour each night, but the nights I did, the ladies serving up drinks were so welcoming and sweet. One offered delicious suggestions to customize my orders; an olive in the chardonnay, and maraschino cherries in the Moscato! The other one accommodated my request to take my drinks up to my room, and offered a lovely chat about books and movies. The room was so well situated to meet my needs. I had a place for everything, and it was so relaxing to return to after the long training days."

"A ways out north, depending on where you need to be. The Cleaning staff rep was courteous, attentive and friendly. The gym was basic but served its purpose with dumbells & treadmill, bike & elliptical. Decent pool. Parking handy. Can’t beat the price of free breakfast if you’re thing, but didn’t try breakfast offering a pretty standard free b-fast depending on preferences with bagels, yogurt, pre-cooked egg omelette patties, & a waffle machine, & limited fruit options. Decided to go to iHop in parking lot instead. Did try a cappuccino from machine - however, it was not good. There were several other full coffee cups left behind…perhaps a little market research for them to consider??? Decided to go offsite for our morning Java a block north west for a tasty latte near a Harmon theatre which was tasty! Property was clean inside and out. Beds we’re in nice shape and comfortable however, we did have poor sleeps each of our (4) nights with inconsistent A/C issues being either blowing too hard, too cold, or not blowing at all making it either freezing or clammy to sleep. When the A/C did blow, it was quite a noisy fan. Needless to say was not the best sleeps we’ve experienced in a hotel for the value and our rating."

"Everything was great. My only “issue” was the bathrooms not being restocked when housekeeping would come. The towels would get restocked, but not the toilet paper and soap. The beds were never made. "
