"Charming historic inn located a few miles from Wrexham. Accommodations and staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. "
"We loved our stay at the Britannia Inn. The room was spotless and the bed so comfortable. Ann was so welcoming and friendly which added an extra special touch to the stay. Oh and the food … amazing!! I will be back for sure. "
"Spectacular venue. Good food. Attentive service. But our room was a little tired looking, a bedsheet was soiled and our room was stocked with too little milk sachets and loo roll. Felt like penny pinching."

10/10 Excellent
"The staff at reception are lovely and very focused on you, friendly and attentive.
Pete saved the day for me and he knows why!
Thank you for being responsive to an external noise issue which wasn’t good. It also was not any fault of the hotel.
The food is gorgeous, tapas in the restaurant and is of a high quality. The Spanish style throughout and in the rooms and restaurant is elegant and contemporary.
Breakfast was perfect!
Loved this place! "
"We had a great stay - location is excellent, breakfast was excellent and room was v good. Staff were also really nice and friendly. Only downside was the changing rooms for the swimming pool - gents was out of order and only small family area available which wasn’t the cleanest. Overall though would recommend."
"One of our guests had an unfortunate accident requiring medical assistance. Alex was fabulous and so helpful. Couldnt thank staff enough for their kindness "
"Great Hotel was very surprised. Everything was so clean and spot on. Everything was perfect. Food great in the morning, bed was huge, room huge. Internet fast. "
