"Room upgrade very good "

"We were given a room that having viewed others friends rooms was the worst, we had a very small room that was cold and asked for a heater and a view of a roof that was very dilapidated, not sure if we got the worse room because booked through Expedia also we had stuff left in the room from the previous guest"

"The Hotel and room was was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic but the mattress was terrible, I usually have a hard mattress but it was like sleeping on the floor, I lost over 3hrs sleep through not being able to get comfy."

"We arrived early and staff went above and beyond to help us, allowing us to check-in early which was much appreciated. They’d even left a card and complimentary gift drink voucher in the room as they knew we were celebrating a birthday. Thankyou!"

"It was an excellent stay. Gemma at the front desk was so bubbly and sweet. Very friendly and got our trip off to a great start. Room was spacious and clean, Food at the restaurant was great. Time between starter, main, pudding was perfect. Quality of food was great. Drinks were also great. I forget the name of the gentleman who was our server but he was delightful. Making lighthearted jokes and just being very helpful. We had a great stay"
