"Friendly staff and nice location."

"I travel with a service dog. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room itself was very spacious and confortable. The door to my room was running very low on battery when I checked in, making it difficult to get into my room using my keycard. Maintenance was scheduled for my room, but it didn’t get fixed by the time I checked out. I was only there one night so it wasn’t a deal breaker and I trust this was a one-off issue. I would still stay here on my next visit to Galveston bc location is very optimal with easy access to the beach and centrally located so I can get to both sides of the island fairly quickly."

"Very clean and well maintained room (looks have just been remodeled). Staff was always super friendly and made special accommodations for us to be able to have our 2.5 service animals and their sister. Breakfast was great with multiple choices- hot and cold alike. This hotel is awesome for the cost! Perfect location- right across the beach, a fishing pier, and within walking distance to about 10 restaurants. Kroger is right next door, and Walmart is a short walk away if you want to get food to heat in the room. We hope they will all us back in late April for our semi-annual 2-3 week stay. We really would prefer to stay here over any other place in Galveston! Thank you guys for making this a great trip!"
