"Perfect location for an early flight - right next to departures in the South Terminal. I was a solo traveller and the room was plenty big enough for one - although I would not like to have been two in the bed as one would have been squashed up against the wall. "

"I have stayed at this hotel before, but unfortunately this visit was disappointing. The room was not up to standard—the floor was squeaky, the carpet appeared worn and uneven, and one of the towels had a stain. I also had difficulty sleeping due to a persistent noise, which may have been from the air conditioning or a nearby generator. Additionally, the price of water at the bar was excessively high. On a positive note, the staff were excellent—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, overall, this experience did not meet expectations."

"The hotel was very clean, it had a luxury feel and the staff were excellent. Drinks and food were very expensive but it was to be expected for the location. Breakfast was very expensive but was good, with the exception of pancakes that were microwaved on requests in stead of being cooked fresh, which was very poor effort. Most places cook pancakes fresh, and most places don't charge £33 per person for a buffet breakfast."

"Directions from the Elizabeth line are simply poor. The fact you need a you tube video to explain how to get there is concern enough. Room service was just plain bad food - but they have you hostage. It was clean. It is convenient if you need to be at terminal 2 for early flight and want to be on property. Otherwise it is overpriced across the board."

"The Hilton (Gatwick South) was everything we needed ahead of our flight the following day. It was smart, clean, the staff were exceptional, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the ability to use the covered walkway straight to Departures was an added bonus. No issues encountered and sure to stay again! Thank you Hilton (Gatwick South)!"

"Property is clean, room is okay and beds were comfortable. Only there for one night, less than 12 hours but it was good for a short stay. Has a 24 hour little shop to buy food which was nice. Close to airport but still 15-20 min drive."
