"We stayed 3 nights and after checking in, we found a note in the room stating that water would be shut off the next day from 10-2. Nobody mentioned that and had I known I would have not stayed there. Also paying for parking was not expected"

"Did not use hot tub. Breakfast was easy, but limited, prepackaged items"

"Pretty run down for a Hyatt House. Not like other Hyatt Houses, the breakfast was terrible and super small. Teh rooms are worn out. This property definetly should not be called a Hyatt House. More like a older Best Western."

"First of all the person who checked up on said we couldn’t check in early and we would have to come back in an hour with was 11:30am and 55 dollars and he was extremely rude. We get to our first room and the TV doesn’t work and go to use the restroom and the toilet and the shower are absolutely disgusting. Turn on the shower to shower and there is air in the line and when it blasted out it was brown water. The ac/heat didn’t not work. We go to the other room and there are ants EVERYWHERE. The AC/heat also barely worked in that room and made a terrible noise. The shower in this bathroom would be set to a temperature and then it would melt your skin and would get boiling hot on its own. We had a horrible experience there. I don’t recommend staying there. "

"The room was dirty. Disgusting towel soaked with who knows what and left in the fridge! Smelt terrible. If I hadnt gotten there so late and just to sleep I would have freaked out. Which once I woke i pretty much did. Stains on comforter, dirty shower, mis match towels-possibly clean possibly not. I honestly want a refund!!?? "

"I didn’t know I had breakfast. I had breakfast twice. It was okay and I paid for it."

"The room was great! It includes a continental breakfast, but when we arrived at the office to have it on both days we stayed, the serving area was dirty. The orange juice machine had an overflow tray that was full of orange juice that had been sitting in there for quite awhile. The apple juice was completely gone. All the coffee cups & supplies were almost all gone. The whole area needed attention but the gal working at the front desk was sitting there on the computer. As we asked for supplies, she would get that item for us, but never checked to see if anything else was low or needed attention. Kind of disappointing."

"I had a great stay at Origin Hotel Red Rocks. The room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, and the staff was friendly and welcoming the whole time. My only complaint is the toiletries, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash seemed watered down or lower quality, and there wasn’t any lotion provided. For the price per night, I would expect better amenities in that area. Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely stay here again."
