Old and not so clean rooms.. Much noice.. There is a enough cheepest and better hotell... Or I will not cal this hotel but hostel..

I took over the hotel a year ago and am slowly updating the rooms but considering the low cost and location I still believe that they are good value.

パタヤビーチへ徒歩3分
昼はレストランも兼ねたバーで食事ができる。夜は店の前に屋台が来るので40～50Bで食事には困らない、ローカルを相手にした屋台なので安い。

自分的にはOK
ソイ6にあるゲストハウス、１階がバーで上に部屋。ソイ6はゴーゴーバーなどが連なる通りなので、女性は避けた方が良いでしょう。 部屋は古いけれど、清潔感はまあまあで、食堂等は近くにあるし、海も近いし、出入りは自由なので、自分的にはOKでした。
