"Clean, quiet, great location! Golden Gate Park is across the street, and the Haight is within a couple of blocks. Complimentary breakfast and complimentary wine service in the evening."
"Lovely Victorian hotel in the lower Pacific Heights. Everything was period correct, from the furniture, the paintings, draperies, etc. We especially liked the sherry and biscuits served starting at 4 PM. The breakfast buffet was fine with the usual offerings. Staff was very courteous. The hotel bordered on Japantown and we found a wonderful 10 seat udon restaurant less than a block away. Unfortunately, we didn’t see the ghost."
"The A/C worked great and kept temperature. The room was very clean and welcoming with a cute view of the nearby plaza breezeway to Japantown. This would be a great place to stay when they have festivals!"
