"This was one of my best experiences renting from VRBO. The condo contained nearly everything anyone could possibly need or want. The host was extremely responsive to any questions. The home was beautifully decorated and well appointed with supplies. All kitchen supplies of dishes, utensils and cookware. The bed and furniture was extremely comfortable. The balcony has comfortable seating and a jacuzzi tub. That was never used so cannot comment on the tub. The property and beach are meticulously maintained. My only issues I would mention is the 3 flights of 10 steps each to reach the unit may discourage some renters. I personally need more exercise so got used to them and also had some unreasonably cooler weather. It also doesn't offer a view of the ocean but a little extra perk is you can go up on the roof to lounge in the sun and watch sunsets. I would definitely return!"

"You won’t regret staying here. It’s well equipped to prepare meals to include a briquette BBQ. The unit has 2 mini split air conditioners to keep you cool along with a well maintained pool. The flora is amazing with dozens of orchids, palm trees and fruit bearing papaya tree. Wild birds fill the air with their calls. The compound is very secure and the neighborhood quiet except for the occasional ATV, which the noise is muffled by the surrounding block wall. Tavo is very communicative and he made access very easy with pictures and maps. We plan on coming back in 2028 with our extended family. "

"Staff was great as always! Rooms were nice and the maids were very attentive! Breakfast was good. Dinner buffet was eh, but the mexican theme night at the buffet was really good. Nice pools and nice beach even though the beach was drawn back due to the hurricane a few years ago. All in all i would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in cozumel. The island is a gem!"
