"All staff were friendly and accommodating. The beach was beautiful... all sand and snorkeling right off the shore. It was relatively easy to get pool chairs, and the drinks were great! The Hibachi was solid, but otherwise the food was subpar (although that is pretty common when it comes to all inclusive resorts). This is a smaller resort, which makes everything easy to navigate and access. On the flip side, there aren't as many restaurants and amenities. The rooms were perfectly fine for us, but it was kind of like sleeping in a glorified tent. It was wonderful in the morning to wake to the sound of all of the wildllife, but it wasn't so great being able to hear neighbor's conversations and the evening entertainment. That isn't a deal breaker for us, but it is something to be aware of. "

"Had a wonderful time! The only thing we had trouble with was the hot tub only worked for 2 of the days we were there. It got kind of cooler and cloudy the last two when we really needed it but other than that fantastic property and would definitely stay there again. I do recommend a car though as it is far from restaurants except for the fabulous taco place right outside the gates!!"

"We visited COZUMEL 2 years ago and was looking forward to staying at Secrets Aura. We were disappointed that food and service has gone down in quality. Restaurants did not have a lot of items tochoose from and guests were relegated to buffet but that can get old. Simple things like amenities and cleaning seem to be challenging to request. "

"A nice, small resort with good food. Everything felt close together and easy to get to. The pool and beach were great. In the hotel room, the bathroom could use some updating, but beds were comfortable. Because it wasn't crowded, it wasn't noisy after about 10 pm, when the evening entertainment ended."

"Caribbean Paradise in the Residence Reef Condos, Cozumel was just an amazing place to stay. The frame picture show on the kitchen counter made us feel like family. The stroll along the path through the mangrove observing the iguana family on the way to the private beach was so peaceful. We walked up to Carlos and Charlies bar and grill more than once for a wonderful time celebrating my daughter's birthday. I enjoyed the next door resort Secrets of Aura's gym. Make sure you drive down the west coast and take in one or more of the secluded beaches and shopping experiences. We'll certainly be back. "
