"We had a wonderful time staying at Derby Eiffel. The hotel did have construction going on but it did not bother us at all. Construction was during day when we were gone. Slept great and was quiet even with the lift next to our door. Close to Ecole Militaire metro and buses. We washed clothes at a laundry mat not a few minutes away. The room was small but comfortable for 3 of us. Would stay here again. "

"We booked a family room which turned out to be two rooms. We were given an Eiffel Tower view which was amazing. Rooms are a bit small but very modern and very clean. The hotel is very modern, the only issue was construction in the entry which made it difficult to walk in.
