This hotel was excellent. It was clean with a lovely large spacious room. The breakfast was fabulous. The location is quiet and serene and most unexpected so close to Disneyland. The service was top-notch. If you need a taxi, use Uber since local taxi firms are very expensive.

The property is fantastic as it sits on the river, amentities are far, so I used Uber Eats as the market was closed even though it said open online. My biggest gripe is the shower didn't work or drain well. I think the price was very fair and worth every dollar.

Booked this place last minute on a flight into town. It’s was $65 and said it was 10 mins from Disneyland. I arrive around 9:30am and went to check in, the man seemed upset with me for arriving so early but I can’t help the time my airplane lands. He told me no one had checked out yet and my room wasn’t available, I told him that was okay I’d give him my bags to store. Suddenly his story changed and if I paid $32 I could check in now…so a +50% on what I already paid for the same room that I booked which was in fact already available. Not a great start. I got to the room and discovered that the traditional key I was given was also needed to lock the room from the inside. Which is illegal because it’s a fire hazard and wildly unsafe. I took a nap on the worst sheets, that are textured, including the pillow case so that they leave marks all over your skin and face. Woke up an hour later and discovered Disneyland isn’t 10 mins away, it’s 30 mins away and I had 4 Ubers cancel on me, seemingly because of how far out I was and how difficult the hotel is to get to. Later in the evening I went to get food from the restaurant in the lobby on to discover it’s a preset menu that they only serve 4 times a day and specific times and despite the fact there’s a kitchen there are 0 in room dining to take away options. Combine this with how loud the hotel is, you can literally here people speaking, sneezing, and choking in the other rooms, I would NEVER stay here again.

Pas de séjour puisque hospitalisation en urgence. Et hôtelier qui n’accepte même pas un remboursement car bien sûr en cas de non présentation moins de 24 h avant la date c’est pour notre pomme…mais choisi t’on de souffrir et de retrouver opérer en à peine douze heures de temps?? Normalement non mais lui doit penser le contraire.

L hôtel est très bien situé en bords de Marne et en pleine verdure, le cadre est exceptionnel. Le restaurant est excellentissime ! Deux bémols : pas de climatisation dans la chambre donc fenêtres grandes ouvertes pour laisser en rentrer la fraîcheur mais beaucoup de bruit de l autre côté de la Marne ...un concert ou je ne sais quoi avec des gens qui hurlaient jusqu'à 00:30 environ... Nous étions un lundi soir ... Dommage cela a gâché notre séjour...

Réservation 3 jours donc j’ai payé les taxe de 11,70€ en espèces,on me réclame à la fin de sejour à nouveau cette taxe (elle n’a pas était saisie apparemment) puis j’ai prolonger 3 jours de plus ! Des le 2eme jour je me retrouve avec des bêtes ou des insectes pcq j’ai laissé ouvert la fenêtre a 5cm pour avoir de l’air fraîche,donc j’ai réclamé ça à l'accueil pour avoir une notre chambre plus propre donc le mr du l’acceuil nuit m’a changé de chambre sans me réclamer les frais de 10euro supplémentaires par nuit car la chambre était plus chère que celle que j’avais et j’ai du payer une taxe pour rien du tout car j’étais seul,et la chambre qu’il m’ont changé était pour une couple ??? et bah c’est cool ! Or cela le jour que je dois quitter cet hôtel je me suis tombé sur le vrai patron de l’hôtel (réclamer par le mr l’accueil nuit) pas souriant du tout ni compréhensif,mal organisé ect…. Bref à éviter cette hôtel !
