Worth a stay for Disney

Great location for Disneyland Paris (10min drive), great family facilities and price. Lots to do on site, shop and restaurants too. Apartment was clean but there was an odd smell coming from one of the bathrooms.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom comfort cottage. I was much better than I expected. The pool is great but we would have liked some other options such as tennis badminton etc like other centre parcs. Although there is bowling and an escape room this is expensive and gets booked up fast. Val d Europe is not far and has good shops and restaurants if want to explore out the park. Train into Paris also easy. This one seems very much a base for Disney.

Great place to stay for disney. Theres a bus direct to and from the park every half hour for only 2.50 each way. Accommodation has everything we needed it was not the best condition but cant complain for the reasonable price. The parc was lovely to walk around. Overall its a great location

+ our own quiet large space was so nice to have + convenient grocery store and bakery had plenty and well priced variety + quick response for fixing leaky bathroom sink + friendly English speaking staff Our cottage was really far from aquamundo For checkout we kept waiting for the bag for linens and it wasn’t there by 10, so we just left a big pile. City bus had so many people waiting to come back from Disney, we decided to take uber instead. Uber pickup at entrance was easy, but some cottages are too far to walk. They can also drive in. Booking through Travelocity, payment does not go to hotel until 2 days before stay. That made it impossible to book any activities or golf cart early in the window. Called the park and they had our confirmation number, but couldn’t do anything through the website.

Fantastic week away

Fantastic week stay at the Villages nature the accommodation was a 3 bed premium cottage. Slept 5 very comfortably plenty of space. Great kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Great pool and plenty of other things on site to keep the kids entertained.

Accomodation high quality and immaculately clean and site well maintained. Lots to do on site from parks, paid activities (such as pony and boat rides ) and unlimited access to the aqua mundo which is fantastic. Location is also great just a short drive from the disney parks and shopping centre. We will be back!

I’ll start with all the good things about it.. lovely Cabins. Great vast area. A lot to do.. Arcade, Bowling, kids club, swimming, Rent carts / bikes, Supermarket onsite. The things I didn’t like.. 1 MAJOR dislike was no Aircon, The room was roasting and unbearable, the fans just blew hot air, really bad. It was also a bit run down in my opinion, it feels like they only care about the summer rather than spring activities etc. I think they need more night time entertainment for kids and it made clearer where and when activities are.

No hot water in our property. We messaged everyday about it and they fixed it most days, but it then stopped working again the next day. No TV or wifi working in the room, which we reported on the first day, but it took a week to fix and only worked on our last night there. Also had to report a broken toilet seat, which they did fix quickly. Generally a nice place with great activities, although we did have to request a refund on 2 activities as the bowling lane was broken and the laser battle was cancelled and we weren't informed. Would be a really nice place if the factilities were better maintained.

Excellent base for Disney!

We have just returned from a week at Villages Nature. This was the perfect base for our family whilst visiting Disneyland. Bus stop at entrance for 47 to and from Disney and Val d'Europe mall. Swimming pool was out of this world and whole site was so peaceful, clean and calming!

Great value for money, kids had a fantastic time. Activities for the kids were great and when we arrived still loads of availability, easy to book without app. Plenty of choices for dining out and several supermarkets near for self catering options. Staff mostly friendly and helpful but not easy to find people if you have issue or problems in the evening.

Really enjoyed our week at Center Parcs, place was very quiet and relaxing, had a couple of small issues with lodge but worked through issues quickly with team which was great. Also having Disney on the doorstep was great for kids. My parents are less mobile so got a golf buggy which also went down a treat with my kids

We stayed in a VIP cottage which was in good condition, possibly recently decorated. Overall it was very clean and tidy. Lovely decking area over looking the lake with table, loungers and an egg chair. Beds were comfortable and showers were rainfall ones. The aqua mundo was great, lovely outdoor area and lots of water slides for a range of ages. The rapids when built will be another great addition. Our son loved the driving school. It was very well run. The electric boats on the lake weren’t very powerful and kept cutting out. This wasn’t the best activity due to this. The shop is good for basics and there are supermarkets close by. Excellent location for Disney and days relaxing here were welcome after long days in Disney! We will definitely return.

Wonderful stay in VIP cottage. We have previously stayed in Comfort Cottages but really enjoyed the extra space and views from VIP. Whirlpool bath also a big hit! Fabulous stay. Highlight was seeing a beaver from our patio. One star knocked off as UK visitors can no longer use the app making checking basic info like opening times and booking activities more difficult. Note that if booking via hotels.com you cannot check in online in advance, despite all the pre-travel information telling you to do so.

Great family trip

Had a great family stay here. Done 4 days in Disney first then came to Les Villages Nature for 5 days. Lots to do here so can always keep busy or chill. Overall the cottage was in good condition, but finer details like pulling out the couches and the beds to clean properly underneath would make it better. There was only one fan so it would be good to have two, one for each room when it is warm of an evening. Restaurants are quite expensive, but what you would expect. The supermarket Franprix on site is good value for a lot if stuff. We would recommend here and return.

We were a little worried about going here, having read some online reviews but shouldnt have been. The accomodation was just as pictured, pool and play areas were great, activities well run amd staff all very lovely. We dodnt have a car but the onsite supermarket catered for our needs, with the only exception being no availability of simple medication. There are a few rough edges here and there but it is a huge development with a high turnover of visitors which costs considerably less than the UK equivalents.

It was a great stay and the swimming and facilities were great. Only downside was we reported a very bad smell in the bathroom with the toilet in on our second day. Maintenance did come and we communicated via Google translate and were told they would return that day to repair the silicone sealant around the shower and not to use the shower in that bathroom. They never returned and we spent the rest of our week using the shower over the bath in the other bathroom and avoiding using the toilet in our cottage due to the bad smell.

Poor cleanliness and maintenance

The property wasn’t very clean, there was a lot of dust in several places, we had to keep our shoes on so we weren’t stepping on small bits in the living area, the bedside table had sticky rings. The shower rail was coming away from the wall, the soap rack fell. Property wasn’t maintained or cleaned well. Soft play, arcade and a couple other activities were closed. Service at VAPIANO wasn’t great, very slow and a lot of confusion between table service and collect at counter. There was animal droppings everywhere in the beach area so couldn’t relax there. Otherwise we enjoyed the pool and the mini golf and it was convenient for Disneyland.

REQUIRES IMPROVEMENT AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our holiday started 30/06/2025 for 1 week, We contacted centre parcs before we arrived asking for a air conditioner for the duration of our stay, they said it wouldnt be a problem and we could hire one. When we arrived they had none. They reassured us we would all have 1 fan in every bedroom as part of rooms amenities, when we got to the room we had no fans in any of the 3 bedrooms. We text day after day trying to get atleast 1 fan it was 38°C and we stressed we had a young infant. They stated they had none left, when you go to the reception and staff members have 3 fans on themselves and tells us they have no more even though every bedroom should have 1, when they said they would send us one they didnt. This didnt start our trip off very well. The cabins are loverly, clean. The swimming facilitys are amazing we spent alot of time there only disapointment is they close early at 8pm. And food and drinks was stopped be served at 4pm in the swimming area. We didnt eat at any of the restaurants on site as they too closed at 8pm and wouldnt let you in from 7pm which was really bizarre. Everything closed really early, bowling at 9pm. Even though there was so many people around. The bar also shut at 9pm, what bars shut at 9pm! They also had a strict dresscode, we arrived one day in shorts and another in a vest top and where refused entry, the weather was 38°C in a family centre parcs surely no dress code would be needed. Requires improvement and better opening hours.
