"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made the experience even more memorable. The room was exceptionally clean and offered a beautiful view, making it a great space to relax in. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the club lounge access was a great added perk. The location is also fantastic — there’s direct access to the mall, and it’s just a short walk to Wangfujing, which made getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would happily return!"

"I did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I did not rate that part. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff made sure there were fresh bottles of water, a milk drink and some snacks that were provided during the duration of a stay, which was a nice touch. Everyone I spoke to were very friendly and helpful, and the reception gave great advice whenever I asked."

"This hotel is wonderful, although our Chinese is no existent we are able to communicate effortlessly. Breakfast is great and would do it again. We plan to stay there every time we visit our kids."
