This hotel is not located where it is shown in the Google maps. Thought the neighborhood is very nice close to the subway. The hotel is very nice as well even though I have received the room of the lower category than booked.

Good room, but poor service

The room was ok but the services were not. In the gaming facility, everything has a price including just playing ping pong. Also the hotel tried to charge us 300RMB for a simple charger that was lost. The Breakfast at the hotel was nothing special and definetly not 4 star hotel material. If you just want a place to stay for a night, than its ok...if not i would suggest looking elsewhere.

LOCALIZACÃO - o hotel está localizado próximo a mercados, alguns pontos turísticos, pontos de ônibus (quase do lado) e 2 estações de metrô que ficam em média 6-10min de distância aproximadamente - a estação Panjiayuan é mais próxima. Ali perto você encontra lojas de conveniência, fast foods, kombinis, e outros suportes essenciais para viajantes. O HOTEL - hotel grande bem equipado e bem localizado, 3 elevadores, lavanderia (paga), staff de entrega robotizado, concierge. QUARTO - espaçoso, cama confortável, itens de cama de boa qualidade e confortáveis também, frigobar, garrafas de água (gratuita) repostas todos os dias. Banheiro completo, espelho grande, água quente e fria, sabonete, sabão para higienizar roupas, roupões, pantufas, kit higiene reposto diariamente. Cortina blackout com abertura automatizada e vista da cidade. Isolamento muito bom, quase não se ouve ruídos externos. STAFF - apesar de não falarem outros idiomas além do mandarim/chinês e do inglês, sempre se esforçaram para tentar se comunicar da melhor forma, o tradutor do celular foi um excelente amigo. Jajaja CAFÉ - não optei por tomar café do hotel

Nous avons choisi cet hotel pour un séjour en famille pour découvrir pékin. Pour commencer, les clients fument à l’intérieur donc en arrivant l’odeur de la cigarette est très présente. La première chambre qu’ils nous ont offert disposait d’un lit jumeau alors que je suis avec ma femme et mon bébé dans la chambre. J’ai demandé un changement et on nous a changé pour une chambre deux lits simples. C’est très difficile de communiquer dans cet hotel puisque personne ne parle anglais. Les chambres sont petites avec un décor vieux. Nous avons choisi cet hotel entre autres pour la piscine et la piscine n’était pas fonctionnelle. Au milieu de notre séjour, l’air climatisé a été arrêté dans tout l’hotel donc nous avons passé des nuits dans des chaleurs insuportables. Décevant comme hotel surtout au prix payé. Seul point positif: le personnel est souriant et a toujours essayé de nous aider malgré que personne ne parle anglais.

Fantastic stay, lovely breakfast...I’d come back

I absolutely loved my stay here!!! I was here for 6 days! There breakfast is amazing!!!!! So much to choose from and a chef on hand making fresh noodles soups and eggs etc. The staff were very welcoming and were patient with us during the language barrier issues. However they should have more English speakers on the reception desk. They helped us plan a trip to the Great Wall of China which was great..they didn’t even charge anything for that. Any room changes or issues were sorted quickly. They have us loads of toiletries each day, including toothpaste and toothbrushes and a razor. The staff did a great job of cleaning, so good I didn’t need them everyday. There’s a small but decent gym and swimming pool too. The location was not fantastic at all. But there’s a lovemy Chinese market next door which was nice to visit. For food at night it’s best to walk around the area and explore. I’d 100% stay here again!!! Thanks for a wonderful experience.

備品も揃ってて、スーパーも2件あり、快適な滞在が出来ました。ただこのサイトの地図が間違ってたので、雨の中ホテル探しに凄く苦労しました。訂正してください。

WiFi big problem

The WiFi was terrible, didn't work at all, probably due to narrow capasity of the network. Room ok, but had heavy smell of tobacco. Location good, two minutes walk to the nearest subway station.

Not worth the money spent

A business-like hotel, not in the very center of the city. Way too expensive when considering the quality and the cleanliness. Good: Big grocery store downstairs, nearest metro station 600m, decent swimming pool upstairs (though there were used tampons in the women´s shower cabins) Bad: Guangxi Hotel was supposed to be a "Non-smoking hotel", which it is not. The first room they gave us smelled so bad, we had to change to room. There are also ashtrays all over the hotel, and all the public areas have this very strong scent of something, like too strong perfume. The room has a nasty fitted carpet and the bathroom was damaged by the moisture. Strong scent of mold in the shower cabin. Especially if you are a allergic, stay away from this hotel. The room cleaning was also irregular. We tried to leave the "change the linen, please" -signs, but it really didn´t work. In the lobby, there was this constant, cheesy piano music playing from the stereo, that resembled like the tune of Titanic. Even the staff in the reception did not really speak english. The restaurants (2) in the hotel close up really early (21.00), but I suppose it is general manner in China. Do not go into this hotel.

北京ではいつもこちらを利用している。静かで雰囲気は良い方だと思う。エレベーターは客室カードがなければ使えないし、扉を出ると従業員が何名かフロアーで待っていて案内をしてくれた。（ポーターが居なくて荷物は自分がずっと持ち歩くのはどうかと思うが．．．）部屋の位置により、水回りが悪かったりすることもある。この度は窓の下を見ると工事の跡なのか、コンクリートの塊がごろごろエントランスの屋根部分に転がっていた。流石「頭隠して尻隠さず」の中国と感心。朝食はヴァイキング形式で種類は豊富である。フロントは英語の話せるスタッフもいて不自由はしない。傍らにサービスのティーもある。前回は骨折の為、車椅子の提供を申し込むと「有償で」と言われた。四つ星にしては不親切なので抗議すると、取り敢えずということで無料で貸してくれた。日本と商習慣が違うので煩雑な事もあるが、定宿にはしている

Vi var ett gäng på sju personer var av två barn. Badet var perfekt på kvällarna. Det är nära till tunnelbana ca 5 min. Flera bra restauranger med gång avstånd. En stor marknad varje dag runt hörnet.

Close to fabulous Panjiayuan Market

We were delighted with our stay. A bit put off by the request for a deposit for mini bar and room condition , a little advance warning may have helped. We would have appreciated more assistance with directions to the market, this was our reason for selecting this hotel. The receptionist was not helpful, saying " the market is over there". In a foreign city explicit instructions are essential. Also little information re local restaurants.

綺麗なホテル

ホテルの外観、ロビーすごく綺麗で部屋も綺麗。 正月でしたが騒がしくなく静かに過ごす事が出来ました。 セキュリティ面でも万全で宿泊者のみエレベーターが動くシステム 10年中国に来てますがフルーツの差し入れがあり本当に初めてで嬉しかったです。 また次も利用したいと思います。有難うございました。
