"Advertised as a private room but was actually a dorm (same story reported by other travelers). Sheets instead of curtains. Told off for talking at 11pm. Noisy repairs underway from 7am. Floors never swept, tables sticky. Gave the property 3 days notice I would be leaving early but they still refused even a partial refund for the remaining nights, leaving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Absolute money grubbing. Stay away."

The staff went into action, got me into another room and fixed the problem that night. Thank you to the kind staff and the amazing customer service. "The front desk is really nice and really welcome. The room is clean, the bed is really good, not to soft or hard, and if you get with sofa bed, you get extra king size. They clean the room pretty late so you need to tell the front desk if you coming back early for cleaning service. They gave you free bottle water so you don’t have to buy. Good job Hilton, I will stay again here for our next visit. They have bakery and sturbuck in the firts floor and couple restaurant across the street."

"Room was small, but cozi. Had all the amenities. The stuff was very good, polite and helpful. Room was clean, fresh clean towel. Very quiet at night, couldnt hear any ouside noise. Just one small thing. For some reason the GPS map was having a hard time locating it. But after I checked in I kind of found a way to get around. Also, thank you very much to the staff, they let me check in and go to my room as early as 9:30-10am. Really appreciated that. But after i checked in"

"The hotel is nice. It is an older hotel with No elevator, so if you have large suitcases or more than one, remember that. It was a nice place overall, once I found it. The closest subway station is Guangqumen Wai. If you exti the SouthWest corner, turn right and walk to the corner (Lianjia - across the street is a landmark), turn right. When you reach the China Lottery store, you will see a guard gate and a ramp. Go up the ramp and the front door of the hotel is right there. The staff is very nice and one of the clerks even carried my suitcase up the stairs for me when I arrived. We communicated through We Chat and they called a taxi for me and were even prepared to pay the driver when my app malfunctioned (of course I would pay the charge later), but it worked, and I could pay, but the fact they were willing to help me was amazing. There are some restaurants nearby including a McDonalds. One of the local restaurants has a buffet, but each dish has its own price. I ate 3 dishes and paid 28 yuan. I was starving and the food was good and satisfied my hunger but did not leave me feeling stuffed. Around the other corner is a park, and because it is close to the subway, you can go anywhere quickly, even to Beijing Xi. "
