"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made the experience even more memorable. The room was exceptionally clean and offered a beautiful view, making it a great space to relax in. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the club lounge access was a great added perk. The location is also fantastic — there’s direct access to the mall, and it’s just a short walk to Wangfujing, which made getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would happily return!"

(And I needed help with several items!!😂 Day or night, they were friendly, cheerful and willing to help. They always made you feel welcome and it showed with how comfortable all the guests were! It might not be fancy or luxury, but I would definitely recommend to others and I would return any time I am in the area!!👍"

"I did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I did not rate that part. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff made sure there were fresh bottles of water, a milk drink and some snacks that were provided during the duration of a stay, which was a nice touch. Everyone I spoke to were very friendly and helpful, and the reception gave great advice whenever I asked."
