"First room door would not shut properly so it couldn’t lock and toilet wouldn’t flush. Moved to different room to find a massive wand of curly black hair in the shower."

"This location is dirty and broken down. No breakfast, no microwave nor fridge (despite it being listed on Expedia and other sites), pool closed, ice machine broken. I was told that they were going to remodel, but have been waiting on permits for six months. Not sure why waiting on permits (if that is even true) means they can't serve breakfast, why they removed the microwave and fridge, or why they can't repair anything."

"The floor had sand on it, and hair in the bathroom. The sheets and mattress protector wouldn't stay on the bed because they were stretched out. Our first room smelled like smoke, so we immediately got a second room, this one had no light in the bathroom. It got fixed the next morning. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector and the window had pieces to lock it taken off so someone could smoke. We figured these out as we were leaving. I don't feel safe. The outside door was propped open every time were came or left so anyone could come in. "

"Room was clean and spacious, but it had a bad smell. There weren't any toiletries and only two towels. Everything was adequate but we wished there was a comfortable place to sit, a hairdryer would have been nice as well as pen and paper."

"Breakfast was 👎. Noise was 👎. Room was not sealed and was dirty. The door has been kicked in so it wouldn't latch to lock, or open from the hallway. Dirty carpet and walls. The mattress on the fold out sofa was absolutely disgusting. Stained, dirty, brown and yellow, and stunk. Looks like it's never been cleaned since the 60s. It was mortifying. Do not stay in room 234."

"I've stayed here many times on my way to Three forks It's a beautiful hotel and a great location with plenty of amenities around. Property itself is clean while taking care of and managed The only advice I would have for them is the smell that comes out either from I think them not cleaning the AC filters and the rooms or the carpet. I believe that carpet should not even be in hotel rooms honestly there's too much traffic there.."
