I've stayed in a lot of old and run down little hotels across Sicily as I like to avoid big chains. And they've been fine, but this was a significant step up in being modern and up to date. The room was stylish and comfortable, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. My best accommodation of the trip, highly recommend.

Nora’s Suite was an excellent place,would go back there again.

In an old building but a beautiful new suite inside. Large spacious room and bathroom complete with kitchenette area makes the place feel like home Everything is new and clean and very tastefully decorated. Host extremely helpful Highly recommended

Beautiful and unique property, staff very friendly and helpful with anything we needed and tips for things around us, our room was gorgeous. They are renovating the building across from us but it was only noisy during the day, and didn’t bother us at all as we were out and about a lot.

Large spacious cool bedrooms , beautiful tiled floors , modern bathroom . Good security. Calm and easy walk to most major attractions. Very helpful staff and lovely light breakfast room. Entertaining host! A little trouble answering the door when we arrived late at night, but found our host in the end . Access is through 2 possible security doors or gate and a little tricky to find down smal alley way . Better to arrive in day light.

Katia the host was exceptionally helpful from proving suggestions and great tips of what to see and do in Palermo. Breakfast was fun, great conversations and food. I was lucky to be staying there on a Sunday morning and hear the church bells ringing and then looking out my window to see all the people strolling into the Church across the road. There was even a truck parked out the front with an old man selling fresh fruit and vegies to the parishioners. As I was going onto further travels in...

Gorgeous ancient bakery renovated into a fabulous B&B in the old part of Palermo within walking distance of all the must-see sights. Near the vibrant Ballaro market & some wonderful coffee & street food places. Welcoming, helpful & friendly staff who provided maps & verbal info without being asked. They also gave us much needed refreshment on arrival after a hot stuffy 4hr train journey from Messina. Great breakfasts, clean comfortable & quiet rooms with lots of character & a courtyard garden....

Our stay at Amarillo was fantastic! The accommodation was modern, clean and spacious. The breakfasts were excellent and the service and support provided by Amarillo (Veronica and Danielle) was exceptional. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends.
