"The room was very clean. I asked for a microwave which was immediately brought up to room at no charge, unlike other hotels which will charge you. The staff was courteous and the hotel had a vibrant atmosphere. The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach where one can catch public transportation in front of the hotel. Shopping and dinning within reach just steps away. The ocea view from the lanai was fantastic. "

"Everything was perfect. The first person we met was RJ at the bell desk. He made us feel at home and was very helpful. And so was our maid Cel, mahalo nui loa! There is Halekulani bakery down in the corner of the building. Their croissants were unique, make sure you go there for a coffee. We didn't try the restaurant of the hotel because there were so many options around. The pool and hot tub are nice and the pool boy makes us feel very welcome. There is laundry service but you can also do it yourself for $4.50 washer and $4.50 dryer. Detergent at the front desk for $2 or buy your own in convenient store."
