"My partner and I stayed in the newly re-designed rooms and enjoyed it! It was bigger than we expected and felt clean and cozy. The washroom had alot of space for us to put our things and didn't feel tight either. In the room you are given a kettle, instant coffee, and filtered water that is replaced daily when they make your room. All really nice touches. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast and staff were attentive and helpful throughout are entire stay. Location-wise the hotel is conveniently located between two stations that are both less than 10 minute walk away. It is on a side street tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Nathan Road. There is a convenience store right across the street which is nice. Only thing is I wish I had the chance to check out the pool and restaurant! The bar had great amount of cocktails to choose from and lovely atmosphere. Would definitely stay again."

"I had one of the best customer service experience when I stayed here just last month. Upon checking in, I was informed by Mr. Ng that I had two reservations (I forgot to cancel one of the reservations). Upon sharing with him my situation, he went out of his way and called another 3rd party company to cancel the reservation saving me hundreds of $$$. I will forever be grateful. Thank you so much! With regards to the property itself, room was very comfortable, it was big, and is within a 2 minute walking distance to the subway, shopping, and dining all within a stone's throw away. Will definitely stay here again!"

"The premium harbor king size room was absolutely perfect. The view was unbelievable and there is so much to do in the area. The restaurant at the hotel is wonderful and the food was excellent. We had the most incredible time during our stay. I would have to say above all, the best part was the amazing staff. They had a personalized note waiting for us when we arrived, and they even had our names on the tv screen welcoming us. Every staff member went over and above every expectation we had to make our experience the most memorable and we were very impressed how important it was to everyone that we were most comfortable and that we had everything we needed at all times. We didn’t have to ask for anything because they were always prepared for everything and knew what we needed even before we knew. We are very pleased with every part of our stay.
