"We had a great experience staying at the Sheraton. My young daughter was sick whilst staying there and they went above and beyond to assist us. They constantly kept checking up on us to make sure she was ok. The housekeeping staff were amazing too. "

"We would definitely stay at this hotel when in Hong Kong again. We like the fact that it conveniently located at the airport and going to downtown is easy as well using the AirPort Express. The place is clean and the staff provides excellent service. Just two complaints during our stay: 1) there was no shower curtain and the power outlets are different and I wish there was at least an adapter in the room (but the staff provided a travel adapter which was very helpful)."
