"Large hotel next to a mall. Very convenient location near train station. Attractions are within walking distance Al an easy ride on the train. Rooms are spacious and good sized bed for a Japan hotel!. We would come back and stay here again!"

"We were surprised to not find a closet in the room but instead a coat rack with hangers. The hotel did not have a luggage rack and expected us to open our suitcases on the floor. After some discussion, they brought in a table for our cases. There was only one pillow per person on the bed which is unusual these days. The room decor felt dated and in need of a major furniture overhaul, in spite of the grandiose impression of the exterior. These were the negatives but the positives were the bright breakfast room with its hard working staff. Also, a thank you to Kamul for translating for us from English to Japanese to the other hotel staff and for his restaurant recommendations."
