Sleeping arrangements

Two spacious Queen bedrooms each sleep two guests, offering plush bedding and quiet corners for restful nights. The rooms are thoughtfully arranged to give you privacy and easy access to the shared bathroom.

A full bathroom features a walk‑in shower with sleek fixtures, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the parks or a stroll through downtown.



Workspace

A dedicated working space provides a tidy desk and reliable Wi‑Fi, so you can catch up on emails or plan your next outing without missing a beat.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a stovetop, oven, and ample counter space for preparing meals. A dining area nearby makes it simple to enjoy breakfast or a casual dinner at home.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a modest outdoor sitting area where you can sip coffee in the morning breeze or unwind with a book as the sun sets. Free parking for up to two vehicles keeps your cars safe and convenient.

Only 3 mi separate you from downtown Orlando, where vibrant nightlife, restaurants, and cultural venues await. A short 8‑mi drive brings you to Disney, while Universal Studios is just 12 mi away, making theme‑park visits effortless. The charming streets of Winter Park are also within easy reach, offering boutique shops and lakeside walks.

The Neighborhood:

Winter Park is known for its Old World charm, beautiful brick streets, & historic neighborhoods. It’s like a mini-version of Manhattan’s Central Park, but in Central Florida, with an abundance of parks. For an exceptional view, get out on the water & explore the vibrant lakes (a chain of six).



Close enough to the theme parks, yet just far enough to still experience local Orlando living. There’s a refined hipster vibe, packed with the area’s hottest restaurants, sleek bars, eclectic coffee shops, shopping, world-class museums, and a liberal arts college campus right in the center of town!



Getting Around:

The best way to get around would be by car. Don't forget to turn on the "Avoid Tolls" option on your GPS to avoid expensive toll charges!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
