Our condo just got fully renovated. New paint - New floors in all bedrooms. New decoration, new furniture... and because our kids love Toy Story and WE love Star Wars, we decided to offer you both of our best worlds. The first themed room has Toy Story-themed bunk beds and shares a bathroom with the second themed bedroom: The Star Wars bedroom (king size bed). Be ready to be immersed. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite and has a beachy feel to it. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. utensils... all bedrooms have smart TV's. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. You can easily access the place using either the elevator or stairs.
Being located in the very popular resort of Windsor Hills, our condo is extremely close to all major attractions (Disney is only about 6 minutes drive).
But many of our guests do NOT even want to leave the resort. You will enjoy a private water park with slides, heated pool and spa. The resort even has an onsite theater, a small convenience store, an arcade room... and offers plenty of activities (live music, aqua gym...) depending on the season. But one thing is sure: The pool is heated all year round.
Do not search, this is one of the best condos in the area. It just got remodeled and you will not find anything else that will offer you so much close to the "Mouse" and other major theme parks.

Important: As per HOA rules, only 2 cars are given access to the condo per reservation. Only the registered guests and cars will get access to Windsor Hills.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.
What to Expect Before Check-in
Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.
Here’s how it works:
After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.
You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.
For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.
Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.
Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.
Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.
Important House Rules
No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.
Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.
Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.
Security Deposit
$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.
The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Pool Heating (Optional)
Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).
For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.
Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy
By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.
A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).
Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.
We highly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.
