Great location

Once we were checked in Bahama Bay was a great resort. Tradewinds has great food and pool. The condominium is larger than it looks in the pictures, and Denise was a great host.

Clean and wonderful retreat

We had a terrific winter stay at this penthouse condo. Easy check-in, very clean with everything you need for a short or long stay. The condo is very spacious with a large lanai overlooking one of the small pools. Everything was in working order and we had no issues for the entire 4 months we were there. The building was quiet and is close to the clubhouse, with a smaller pool steps away. The owner and property manager were both super responsive and kind. We have stayed at multiple Bahama Bay condos and this one was definitely our favorite. We highly recommend it!

Great Stay and Resort

This was a great clean place to stay and enjoy yourself. They were very responsive to our needs and requests. The condo was spacious floor plan and big bathrooms and love all the pools and activities at the resort. Thanks!

Family Vacation

Property was clean and comfortable. Loved the additional books and games available. The resort had a nice spa area and pools were okay for the one day we spent at the resort. We mostly visited parks but enjoyed coming back to a clean and comfortable room!

Home away from home

The property was beautiful and the room was exquisite. We enjoyed our time there tremendously! Everything was clean and well maintained. The only complaint is that there is no elevator so making the trip to unload/load the car to and from the third floor was horrible.

The apartment is lovely and very spacious. The property is gated and in a very safe location. There is a tennis court and multiple pools. You do not get access to a workout facility though. This is our second visit and we will be back.

Quiet and Clean!

I’m not a regular Disney gal, so when I needed a place to stay for a reunion taking place at Disney, I was hoping to be away from the busy and chaotic family places. I really appreciate how quiet and clean this place was and my adult daughters loved how spacious it was, too!

Amazing spacious place. Located in a great location for all the parks. This place had amazing amenities. Something for all ages. Pools were fabulous. Can’t say enough great things about this VRBO. Owners were really responsive. We definitely will be back.

Would definitely stay here again. Apartment was very nice. The host went above and beyond for us and will not forget how much we appreciate her. The location is very good for all of the theme parks. There are so many nice restaurants within reasonable driving distance.

Great for a family Disney stay!!

The condo was spotless and very spacious - it was an excellent pla e for our family (2 daughters - 7 year old and a 7 month old) to visit Disney!! The condo is a 2 minute walk to the main pool and splash pad, which were great in the afternoon after a hot morning in the parks! The condo’s shared pool was even closer. We look forward to booking this condo again (we tried for next Easter but it’s already taken!)

Wonderful condo, highly recommend!

Great communication from owner. Clean, spacious condo. Really comfy beds and everything you need to have a lovely holiday. Close access to a quiet pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Good location for Disney and a Publix is minutes away. This was our second stay and it won’t be our last.

Beautiful Clean Penthouse

Beautifully maintained Penthouse. Beds are very comfortable. The Penthouse was so comfortable it felt like home. My 15 year old daughter did not want to leave. She loved the high ceilings, she got the bedroom with the bathroom attached to it which made her love it even more. Would definitely stay here again!!

30 enjoyable days

We just finished up 30 very enjoyable days in Denise's lovely condo. The condo has everything you need for a long or short stay. It is clean and decorated nicely. Denise is a great host as well and will reply quickly to any needs or concerns. The resort itself is just as nice as the condo. It's landscaped and maintainined beautifully. Has 4 pools with 6 hot tubs. Restaurant and clubhouse too. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was great! It was spacious with the full suite of amenities. It had games we used on a rainy Tuesday. The pools were nice and felt private. The concierge desk hosts were nice. I would say calling it a penthouse seems off as its just a 3rd story apartment, one of many, and the views from the back were poor due to the trees. The placement was terrifically nestled just outside the theme parks making for relatively easy driving.

Wonderful Bahama Bay Penthouse!

We stayed at this property for the month of January. This penthouse condo is well maintained and very clean. The master bedroom and bath are very spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the screened balcony overlooking the pool area. This rental is a complete package. The condo is wonderful, the proprty grounds are beautiful, with access to 4 swimming pools /spas and an onsite restaurant. Very safe, gated community in an excellent location and the staff in the clubhouse are friendly and helpful. Denise is great and made our stay very welcoming, and her management team is very responsive to any questions we had. Five stars all the way!

Spacious, well stocked condo

This condo was clean and located in a quiet resort community. We never heard any neighbors below us or next to us. Not all amenities are available with this rental. We just missed having a gym to use. This condo is also located on the third floor with no elevator. It was fine for me but my husband struggled. Restaurants and grocery are very close. I really appreciated the use of the washer and dryer and having two bathrooms was great. We will definitely consider this property again.

I was dealing with a Denise Farrow. I was unable to go on this trip due to illness and was not allowed to travel. Denise did not respond at first. It was only after I showed proof of illness that she said she had been sick too. She never wished me well . It was just a matter of fact conversation, no sympahty, nothing! All business, no emotion! She did not try to accomodate or do anything regarding situation. I understand that I signed a contract and that there is no refund but the coldness and unwillingness to even refund the cleaning fee, did not sit well with me. I did not request it but was hoping that she would act in good faith. It was a lesson that was learned, and I will make sure next time I rent from a property that is fully refundable. I have stayed at Bahama Bay before. The property is beautiful, and the staff is very nice. I will never stay though in a condo where money is more important than good behavior and human kindness. I wish Denise well but will not be dealing with this condo again.

We simply enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Grand Bahamas Resort! Our condo was very spacious for the three of us, we really stretched out in comfort. We felt welcomed with all the personal touches throughout the home, so lovely! The condo had just about everything we needed to make our visit enjoyable (an air fryer would have been handy😉). We appreciate the security of a gated community with loads of indoor and outdoor amenities, the pool was so refreshing for those hot and muggy days!! But I want to extend a specific thanks to Monique, our contact person, she is she a sweetheart!! Very personable and our going. We had a minor issue and she was quick to address it! We certainly appreciate her attentiveness to details. We hoped you enjoyed Michigan, my home state, and that we made you to feel as welcomed as you have made us feel in the sunny state of Florida! 😂💕

From the time we booked Denise’s condo a year ago, we were impressed with the quick response to any questions that we had. When we entered her condo, we were immediately impressed with the cleanliness and the welcoming little touches (dining room table ready to entertain, the towel sculptures on the master bed). As frequent customers of VRBO, we have become accustomed to what is and is not provided by owners. With Denise’s condo, we were impressed with what many might consider insignificant but were appreciated by us such as plenty of hangers in all closets, hair dryers of excellent quality, plenty of towels and bedding. For convenience, there was dishwasher soap, garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper. The dishwasher was amazingly quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. Equally impressive was the quick response from Monique of the managing company. She quickly replaced the toaster which wasn’t working. The microwave was in “demo” mode which she also quickly resolved. Of dozens of homes we’ve rented the past 10 years, this condo ranks one of the very best. The location on the Bahama Bay property was excellent as well. Just outside our building, we had an excellent view of two Space X blastoffs from Cape Canaveral! The sidewalks throughout the complex were great for our multiple daily walks. In short, this was a fantastic, exceptionally clean property that made our stay relaxing and very comfortable. You will enjoy everything about 616 Rum Run!

Bahama Bay

This was our 2nd time staying at this property but a different unit. And it great. We needed to contact the front office for a minor issue and was resolved very fast.
