Our 4 Bed, 2 Bath villa is furnished to a very high standard and benefits from a perfect lake view position.

As well as a large family room, there is an additional sitting room, which is ideal when 2 families are sharing, or when you need to have adults only time whilst the kids chill out in their own sitting room.

The kitchen is equipped with every appliance and utensil needed. From the high bar counter in the kitchen you can see the family room where multiple sofas and armchair provide a relaxing location to watch the large screen TV, with NetFlix instant movies available at no charge.

The 4 bedrooms are extremely well appointed. The master bedroom has King size bed, ensuite bathroom and TV.

The second bedroom has Queen size bed and TV.

Third and fourth bedrooms are both twins and both have TVs

1 additional full bathroom, so 2 in total.

The laundry room is equipped with a new high efficiency washer and dryer.

Outside the villa you'll find your private pool, which can be heated. Lots of chairs and sun loungers provided so you can relax in the pool area where the sun can be found all day long . The pool area has a wonderful lake view.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
